These terms cover text messages from HT Salon (Heads Turn LLC, doing business as HT Salon). Message and data rates may apply.

SMS Terms

HT Salon sends text messages to clients who ask for them: when you give us your mobile number and tick the box to get texts (on our website or app, or by asking at the front desk).

What we text

• Appointment confirmations, reminders and changes
• Sign-in codes for our website and app
• A heads-up when it's about time for your next visit, with times your stylist has open
• Replies when you text us
• Now and then, offers and news from the salon

How often

It varies with your visits, usually a few texts a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting you. Reply START to start again. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (614) 476-8876.

Your number stays with us

We never sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing. We use a texting provider only to deliver our own messages to you.
